Dogwood Therapy Services is locally owned and operated by a retired military family. We specialize in human occupational therapy services and dog training to support people and their dogs to have meaningful, positive relationships.

 

We are a human occupational therapy (OT) clinic that offers traditional and non-traditional services for people of all ages with physical, cognitive and psychiatric disabilities that impact independent functioning in everyday life.

 

Dogwood staff celebrate the meaningfulness and motivation of human animal interactions and animal assisted interventions in its many forms. Dogwood is committed to facilitating positive interactions and relationships with animals as part of people’s daily lives. We offer dog training for pets, emotional support dogs, service dogs and human-dog teams working in animal assisted interventions.

  • AniCare Child and Anicare Adult Models (Treatment for animal abuse, animal neglect, animal cruelty, and positive animal interaction training)

You will need a digital copy with the front and back of the participant's insurance card, and a referral from the participants primary care physician (must have a diagnosis, and referral for occupational therapy evaluation and treatment).
